When I was introduced to this company in 2000, I had recently retired from my successful career in corporate America to stay home and raise our family. I had searched for months on the internet hoping to find a legitimate opportunity that would allow me to achieve my goals. I was so fortunate to have been introduced to this team and company and immediately saw the possibilities. Just one year into our business I managed to supplement my prior income, as well as my husband's. Since 2001 my husband and I have worked this business together from home around our four beautiful children and the best gift is that we have never had to miss a moment. We work with a company that has a mission to help others and we are so proud of that. We work every day knowing that we are able to help so many people change their lives!!! Now over 20 years later, we still love what we do, especially helping people reach the goals they have! We have been able to raise our four kids together all while traveling, volunteering, coaching, serving our community and much more! Now with 3 in college and another graduate this year, then she will be off to college, we know how incredibly important it is to not miss anything in their lives- the time goes fast! We are thankful for the money we have saved for our future, for saving and paying cash for our kid’s college, six reliable vehicles paid for, our dream home, as well as time freedom and financial security to always be there for our kids, family, and friends! We are truly blessed, but as important to us, are the lives of others we have helped to live their best life!
My first daughter, Ali, was born with Cystic Fibrosis. I was 25 years-old, working a corporate job as a recruiter which didn't allow me the option to work from home. I was desperate to find something I could do from home to be with her and tend to her care daily. Something that would also allow me to earn enough to give her the best care, the best choices, the best life she could possibly have, despite her diagnosis.
I was a new Mom desperate to stay at home with my newborn daughter, but also knew we needed my full time corporate income coming into our household. There just had to be a legitimate opportunity that would allow me to have the flexibility I wanted and I knew my family deserved. While continuing to work as a creative director in the corporate Sector, I started working with Work At Home United on a part-time basis around my family's needs.
When I became a single mom, I was scared about my future. I had a 2-year-old and recently had given birth to my second daughter. Having just been through a divorce, I found myself in a position of having to support my family financially and couldn't rely on child support to help. Even though I had a college education, I didn't want to work outside of the home and leave my daughters in the care of someone else. I started a search online to find something that would provide me with enough income to get by but that I would be proud of. Six months later and still searching, I was introduced to our team and company, and I started my business. Four months later, I had reached my goal and was making enough money to support my family. I had supplemented a typical 9-5 income. Since then, I added a son to my family, and I have not missed any moments of their lives. You cannot get that time back and I have been there for all of it. I am just one example of the many lives that are now completely changed by taking that chance with our team and company.
I live in Colorado with my husband and my four children. I was introduced to this company in 2004 by my neighbor. She had been with our team for three years when I met her and had built up her business enough to stay home with her kids and still bring in a six-figure income. I was intrigued by this because I was home with my kids but looking at having to go back to my former teaching job. I loved being home with my kids and I loved the balance it created in our household and in me. I decided to take a chance, so I got started and set a goal to supplement my teacher's salary.
In the year 2000 my husband was serving in the United States Navy. We had just packed up our 2 children and moved across the county to a new Naval base. I decided this time I was going to be a Stay-at-Home Mom, and not even look for a job. That fall my children were in preschool and kindergarten and by October I was ready to get back to work, but I still needed a flexible schedule. I was introduced to our company, and I fell in love right away. I only wanted to work part time, and I could do that here. What was even better was I continued with that consistent part time schedule and my income kept increasing to eventually become a full-time income.
My name is Andi Langland and I am married to my wonderful husband Matt. We have 6 amazing children together that keep us very busy with multiple sports and community activity. We live in Grand Junction Colorado where we enjoy an active outdoor lifestyle. We have been building a business with this team and company for 15 years and have supplemented my corporate accounting income and my husband’s corporate income allowing us to both be home to put our children and family as top priorities while having time freedom and financial security.
While I was on maternity leave, I was laid off when my daughter was 2 weeks old. Although I knew lay-offs were occurring at my company, I thought I was safe since I was on maternity leave, so we were surprised and unprepared when my company phoned me with the news. I was making a significant income, we had a lot of credit card debt and not much savings.
My name is Dionne Prins. In November of 2001 I was working nights and weekends as a hairdresser while trying to also be a mom to my 2-year-old. I was expecting my second baby and knew there had to be a better way. When I found this opportunity, I was very skeptical and worried it might be "one of those" that we all are afraid of. I definitely didn't want to have to stock inventory or bug friends and family.
My name is Kelly Schwartfigure. I live in a very small town in northeast Ohio. I have four amazing children. My oldest boys live in Houston, TX and my younger daughter and son live with me due to the college closings during the pandemic. I had worked in Corporate America for over 15 years in the accounting field. After the birth of my youngest son I decided to become a stay-at-home mom, but I knew that I needed a steady, reliable income to support the household expenses along with my kids extra curricular activities.
